Hi guys, I have a number of Dahua cameras and have been quietly following this forum for awhile now. Great information here.
I'm interested in putting in the latest firmware on for my SD59230S-HN PTZ speed dome. My current versions:
Master Version 2.210.0004.0.R.A.3013.3N.NR, build : 2015-02-13
WEB Version 3.2.1.253936
ONVIF Version 2.4.1
PTZ Version 2.02.81.RHNTEJ
I know there is proper model matched newer master/PTZ firmware out there but can't seem to locate it. Unfortunately, it looks like Dahua has dropped all info about this camera and only has it's successor (SD59230U-HNI) posted:
SD59230U-HNI | Dahua Technology
The SD59230U-HNI has updated firmware posted, though this new camera has an updated sensor and intelligent functions. I'm thinking the PTZ firmware:
[PTZ]General_SD59XXX-HN-MAIN_MCU_V2.300.0000000.10.R.170926
Is probably ok to flash as I'm assuming it's generic. However I'm thinking it's probably not a good idea to flash the master firmware. Any risk in me trying?
