Hi guys,
Just got my hands on this camera and I am blown away. I've installed it and done some basic configuration and messing around as you do with every device for the first time. I'm due to go back to the client and commission the site completely so I'm doing my research beforehand.
Does anyone know if it is possible on the SD6CE445XA-HNR to have both the deep IVS enabled (on preset 1, I have an intrusion zone set up to allow the PTZ to track humans and push a notification to the clients DMSS app) but also have the face detection running constantly in the background on the camera's 'Global' smart event option. In my quick messing around with it, I managed to get it to detect 1 face (it seemed to be very pernickety about doing this) but I could only get it to work once I disabled the Deep IVS on Preset 1 (Home position).
When I take control of the PTZ manually, I could zoom into faces of a group of people and it would display on the top left of the viewer "Face Detection 0"
What am I missing?
