Searching Firmware for IPCAM C6F0SgZ3N0PbL2

Hello.
I have two same cameras C6F0SgZ3N0PbL2 and C6F0SgZ3N0PbL2 with firmware version V18.1.4.6.3-20200511. This firmware has some bugs, it's loose SD card every two days and i need to reboot cameras.
I can't find firmware version V18 anywere, on www.ipcam.xin i see only V16, V19, V20 and nothing about V18.
Could you help me? Where can i find newer firmware version V18?
I don't now, can I upgrade firmware from v.18 to v.19? I'm afraid this is not a good idea.

I forgot to tell the camera model - dh57h-1080p-wh-4g
I see the same firmware version on site

Always best to get firmware from vendor you purchased from.

Many times the issue you are having is a result of a failing SD card, so have you tried a different card?

i have tried different cards (16,32,64 Gb) from different vendors (samsung, date etc.).
I wrote to the camera vendor a week ago, so far I have not received an answer. I thought maybe someone has the same cameras and can help with the firmware
