Hi everyone,
I tried purchasing the Blue Iris help service through the store, but for whatever reason it didn’t go through. I scheduled two appointments, but neither seemed to process, so I’m reaching out here to see if anyone on the forum might be able to help.

I’ve been using Blue Iris for many years and really love it, but I’m running into some issues lately and could use another set of eyes. Ideally, I’m hoping to find someone who can hop on a Zoom call, take a look at my configuration, and help me get things optimized. I’m happy to pay for your time, especially since I wasn’t able to get support through the store.

I’ve put together a list of about 10 items I’d like help with. One of the bigger problems is that I’m not receiving alerts between dusk and dawn on certain cameras. I originally thought it was due to my schedule setup and deleted it, but that didn’t fix it. I’m using CodeProject AI for alerts on some of the cameras, and that part seems to be working fine. I probably just need someone to review the settings and help me dial things in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Brendan

I read your post the first time and again today, I am struggling a bit with my own issues and am not in a position to be able to assist!

There's no need to pay someone for zoom support. If you'll post your specific issues here I'm sure you'll get the support you need. By posting your problems publicly others can learn how to deal with these as well instead of keeping everything private.

Ah! Okay. I'm not the only one. Are you just starting out with it or?
Nope been using it since 2014, three installations, been a bit of an evolutionary process with the introduction of CPAI, last few releases have made some significant changes/improvements in how the motion detection was working and I have had some challenges getting it back on track again.
