Set up alert/trigger to send command to Vera / Z-wave?

Evening all... I'm getting there in setting up my system and wanted to know if there's a guide or previous thread outlining how to have BI interact with Vera.

For example: I set up a specific motion zone on my outdoor camera, what I would like to do is if there is motion in the zone, Alert/Trigger command in Blue Iris and integrate that into Vera, to say, Turn On all inside/outside lights, Send a text message to my phone, something of that sort.

Thoughts?

you add the commands under the trigger commands in each camera

I did this but added a virtual motion switch to vera to get better control of the lights. (when triggered light truns on then 5 min later they go off)

There's a BI plug in in the Vera App Store that should do the trick.
