I'm setting a a new hikvision ds-2de7174-ae ptz camera using wireless bridge That is 300 ft clear view of sight. I'm only setting up 1 camera to the wireless bridge. Like to do it the cheapest as possible. My question is, can i run this camera without going through my router and go straight to my NVR, If so how would it work and what would i need to do it . I already have another wired ptz ip camera that is set up to my hikvision DS-7600 plug and play NVR that's is set up without going through my router and works fine without the router. I would like to set up the new camera and wireless bridge setup like my other camera, is it possible and how to do it.

No IP camera stream should ever be run through a router.

Configure the camera, the NVR's LAN and both wireless bridge radios (AP and station) with unique, static IP addresses in the same subnet as the router's LAN/gateway address but OUTSIDE of the router's DHCP pool.

The aforementioned camera should be connected to the LAN with a POE injector, POE switch, or appropriate external power supply and will NOT be connected to a POE port of the NVR where it would otherwise receive a IP on a totally different private subnet from the LAN which is done is to isolate those cameras from the Internet.

The same schema below that I also showed you last week can apply here as well, just modify the shown IP addresses as necessary to fit your specific need.
