Setting up my new Dahua system and I can't see the cameras on the network

Thank you for all the help guys, everything seems to be going well now. I've succesfully added a camera in the house and the shop so I feel like I've got a handle on everything and now it's just a matter of doing the leg work for the rest of the cams.
