Should I keep them? HDW5442TMP-AS-0280B

Hi,
I purchased 3 of the DH-IPC-HDW5442TM-ASE (the model number on the website and invoice) for what seem(ed) to be a good price here in Australia (AUD$260 / USD$160)
But, I was delivered 3 of the DH-IPC-HDW5442TMP-AS-0280B (this is the model number on the boxes).
There is an added "P" - and no "E" - on the models I received. And a date of 2019-12 (quite old).
None of the models have "LED" in the model name/number.
Both seem to be End Of Life.
From what I can tell, the ones I actually ordered are newer models with extended ePOE. But I cant see many differences in the spec sheets - I'm no expert though....
Please could you help me identify the differences and if they are significant (or fixed by firmware updates for example)?
Should I just keep what I received or ask for what I paid for?

I hope u didnt purchase them from a member of this site...you will never get a response from them and the cameas are shit. (it hapened to me)
