Showing Alert as part of a clip and not as standalone

I used to be able to show an Alert as part of clip, so for example if the clip is 10 hours, and the alert is 60 seconds, when I click on the alert it will be displayed inside the long clip,
and I could move backwards and forward in the clip and "around" the alert.

Now when I double click on an alert that is for example 60 seconds, it will show exactly these 60 seconds and not part of the BIG clip, as it used to be.

I'm not sure what settings I changed to make it like that.

Anyone has a clue?
