I've been running BlueIris and SightHound simultaneously on a MacBook Pro with BI in a Parallels VM running Windows 7. I have to admit, SH does a better job with motion detection. The allure for BI to me is how actively it is developed which leaves me with the hope that someday it will catch up with SH in the motion detection ability. I just wish SH devs were as active providing more frequent feature updates.
