My clips are no longer available for me to view over 1-2 days no matter what I do (I have tried many solutions as posted on this forum). I am an old guy and losing my "computer" abilities and looking for an easy way to get back to normal. I lobe BI & really need it "operating as normal".

Are the clips not available when logged into to the BI PC itself or via the mobile app?
Post up some screenshots of a cam config and your clips storage setting showing how you have New and Stored setup and the storage allocation screen within the status dialog. People here might be able to help to figure out what is going on without doing a reinstall.
