When asked to review some camera footage to see if we could find a licence plate on a semi-truck.
Our display that is connected directly to the NVR was missing. So I tried to bring the footage up on our desktop using the Hikvision IVMS-4200 program. However, the only camera with a view of the accident was showing a super vibrant green picture which made it impossible to see. The other cameras in our system were working perfectly, and when we directly connected a spare display to our NVR, the footage turned out perfectly which means that there must be a problem with the data that's coming from that particular camera? What could be causing this?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
NVR used is: DS-7716NI-SP / 16
Camera under investigation: EXIR turret model; DS-2CD2342WD-I
