Single Camera Won't Send Any Notifications

I set up three of my five cameras on Thursday. All three cams are on the same profile. Two have been sending proper notifications but one of the cameras will not send any sort of notifications to me when it is triggered. I've tried push notifications to the app, text message, and email. It won't generate any alerts whatsoever. I tried restarting BI and the whole server today and still no notifications. When I try the test notification button in the alerts setup I get the test notification just fine. Any ideas?

Almost has to be a difference in config on some page for the inop cam. You've likely check but it still gets overlooked.

Since BI won't let you compare config pages side-by-side of a working cam to an inop cam, try this:
Do a screenshot of each page of a working cam and either print it out or save as an image so you can view; compare one page at a time to the inop cam to determine the difference. I'd circle each check box on the working cam and move to the same box on the inop cam.

I would be VERY surprised if you found no difference(s)! Happy hunting!
 
Here are screenshots of my alert settings for all three cameras. They look identical to me with the exception of the one not sending notifications also having the email alert box checked.

Have you tried (on the 1 that won't notify at all) having just ONE method checked (e-mail, SMS or push) ?

Yes, I started with just SMS messages. I wasn't getting any so I added push notifications so see if they'd work and when those didn't either I tried adding email.

Not to beat a dead horse, but when you "...tried adding email", you removed all other alert actions and had only e-mail checked, right?

I didn't. But that shouldn't matter. BI should be sending all the alerts I choose. I'll give it a shot for troubleshooting purposes but I need the SMS alerts to function properly (or figure out what I'm doing wrong, but unlikely because all I have done from default in alerts is enable them).

I just manually triggered the cameras and alerts came through, both email and SMS. I'll have to see if they'll function when triggered by motion now.

Definitely not alerting upon motion trigger. But alerts when triggered manually.
