Site to host and privately share CCTV with relevant parties on.

Im looking for a site / platform i can upload and privately share CCTV with relevant parties on.

For instance if there is an incident and some one requests the CCTV of it, i dont want to just put it on Youtube as you cant share it with a password. It can be shared unlisted but thats not 100%, and sharing it direct to another user means i need to know their youtube account details in advance, which isnt always feasible.

I was looking at Vimeo as an alternative, which has a password protection option on videos but on its free tier it has a 500mb per week / 5gb total.

Does any one know of any other options.

Google Drive is an option if you don't want youtube.

Have you estimated the likely share volume and how long you'd need to keep the content?

Google Drive works well, has good access control - not passwords you'd have to manage, but user accounts that you authorise access for.
I use it a lot.
