Slow DB access message, what to do?

My DB is on the internal SSD. I got this a couple of weeks ago and did a complete "Delete and Rebuild". After that, the Slow DB access message went away, but has now returned. Not sure what to do, but I'd like it to get resolved. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Is your SATA controller built into the motherboard? Is the SSD assigned to the first (zero) SATA port? Is it SATA 3.0 compliant?

Here's the drive, not sure if it's SATA 3.0 compliant.

That seems like a LOT of files for that amount of storage. Try making your cam clips to 1 hour.

Thanks for the reply. I don't have Combine or Cut selected on any of my cameras. Should I? If so, how does it change the user experience in the iOS app?

What's everyone's thoughts on this? Is it more efficient from a performance standpoint to utilize combine or cut? My concern about the user experience is that my wife uses the iOS app as her means of viewing alerts, I just don't want that experience to change for her.
