Slow Web Interface

I have three Hikvision cameras (DS-2CD2022WD-I, DS-2CD2232-I5, DS-2CD2642FWD-I) the web interface is horribly slow it can take up to 1-2 minutes for something to load like login, configurations, etc. The feed is fine with no lag once loaded. I get a 1ms ping from the camera's. Am I the only one experiencing these painfully slow load times on the web interface? I run 3 live feeds to different parts of the house so I have a monitor in the office, bedroom & kitchen.

If it's IE11, try F12 (Developer tools) and you can see the timeline and content of the dialogue between the PC and camera and spot which part Is the culprit, amongst lots more detail.
What you've described is certainly not normal.
