slowly increasing CPU usage to 100%

My BI server has i7-8700K CPU and 32GB DDR4.
OS: win 10 version 1803
BI version: 4.7.6.8 x64
Intel driver version: 15.60.2.4901

After starting BI CPU usage is around 35% and after few hours it goes to 100%.
After restarting BI the the CPU usage goes again to 35%.
So I have to restart BI daily twice otherwise the CPU usage goes to 100% and BI gets instable.

What is the latest properly working Intel driver with my config?
