Small Footprint Cams

This question isn't just for Hikvision. Are there any outdoor turret style cams that have a smaller footprint then a normal Hik/Dahua turret?

I have seen Dahua mini turrets in a jewellery store before.
I suspect these were the 'covert' cameras (separate processor box)

I do recall seeing something online about Hikvision having an all-one mini Turret.
Searching online quickly, I can find one but it's an HD analogue one.... :/

I can't seem to find IP ones... probably because of this small size! But how does crappy Arlo battery cameras have an HD camera for such a small size....?

I found some on ebay, they are said to be Hik compatible. I verified SADP works on them and have one running in BI. I have not been successful in getting one added to my Hik NVR but I think it was the H265 option that was locking up my NVR and I haven't tried to reboot my NVR yet. They are actually pretty neat and small, 5MP and 2.8mm, 1/3cmos. All kinds of options in the GUI. A 4 pack of them was $209 so pricing is also good. Here's a size comparison with a regular Hik turret:

I was at a shopping small yesterday and I saw some mini turrets again.

These were 'HiLook' branded (Hikvision) and it does seem like they sell them as IP cameras!!
I've found the IPC-T250H while looking online.
