smart event with hikvision NVR

i have Hik NVR DS-7616NI-K2 / 16P.

Just got 2 Dahua IPC-HDW2439TP cameras.

motion detection alert works perfect, can setup from NVR and Camera web interface.

when i try to setup smart event like tripwire\ intrusion , i can enable the option at the nvr but cant draw line.
if i setup at the camera interface - the nvr dosent see it.

** i have another Dahua and other brands camers. the smart event works.

When using an NVR, you need to keep all of the cameras from the same brand as the NVR so that everything works as designed. Otherwise you will run into issues like you are seeing.

i guss things will happen when mixing
untill now i didn't have problems in simple things like events..
