Smart PSS 2.0 question

if I'm in the wrong forum, I apologize...
I have a Dahua NVR with built in poe switch. Four cameras are on the 192.xxx scheme and four are ONVIF on the 10.1.1 scheme. I've tried adding the Poe ONVIF cameras but when I do they are offline and I can't get them online. Need some help...

Thanks you! I have a follow up question. I need to to get into the set-up menu of one of the POE ONVIF ( a Hikivision mini dome with built in mic) camera's because I think I forgot to enable sound. Is it possible to do this on Smart PSS 2.0?

doubt it; you usually cant configure 3rd party cameras with it.. do that with your browser directly on the camera.
