smart pss not logging into devices

Any one seeing issues with smart pss this morning. I am noticing that when smart pss is started, as usual, on my desktop and laptop, it is not logging into saved devices. I currently have 55 devices saved on my version and not one of them is logging in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling smart pss, but no luck. Some devices are using an outside static IP address and some are using a ddns address.

It looked like one of our ddns servers went down. Usually we can't log into devices that use a ddns address, but devices using a static IP would work. In this case, if there was a device on the list that was using a ddns address, it would block smart pss from logging into any other devices. We sorted it out this morning but still have some questions. Ill update you when we figure out more.
