Smart PSS problems...

I'm running the latest version of Smart PSS (64bit) the pgm on Win11 Pro. The pgm crashes For example IF I try to view more than two cameras in LIVE view. Is this a known issue?
 
Down in the bottom right corner of (Live View) are the number of screens to display.
 
I selected 16 grid - PSS crashes when I shortly after I load the third camera - doesn't matter which three
 
In live view select the NVR 1st. let it populate. Then I select the panes at the bottom.
After that, I don't know.
 
Thanks for the suggestions. There's something else going on even selecting the NVR and letting it load the cams it still crashes . I don't really need the LIVE function I just use PSS for the camera configs. Just don't like software that is buggy.
