Have a pretty basic set up ordered from Andy. I am having a few playback issues
2 X IPC-B5442E-ZE
NVR4104-P-4KS2
When accessing the NVR remotely, the playback takes forever to load the video files.
I set up the access using Dahuas QR code. Would opening the port and setting up direct access
to the IP provide a better remote access experience?
Also, I'm not totally thrilled with the playback control. The channels don't automatically sync and the control
button aren't exactly intuitive.
What hardware or software would provide a better experience?
