This is my 1st post. Hopefully someone can give me a direction with Bi-Directional Voice on my configuration. I'm using Smart PSS ver. 2.01.0 with several cameras at several locations and just love how it preforms. Recently I added an Amcrest ip3m-94 Cube to a Dahua XVR ver. 3.218.0000001.2, Build Date: 2017-08-08. Through the Amcrest app on Android and the local HTTP IP Port Bi-Directional Voice works fine. I know that Amcrest is rebranded from Dahua and they also have their rebranded Smart PSS. I can't imagine this is my challenge. My challenge is when I try using Smart PSS from the LAN or the Wan side no luck. I get an error that reads " Failed to open audio talk. The audio from the local end is disabled."
Could someone shed some light on this for me please. Something tells me I can't be the only one with this challenge. Oddly enough Google is not my friend.
