i have a NVR POE 8 ports works fine, i have directly acess to him, i know the pass, the problem is i have forgot the pasword and answer to recover password from the aplication smart pss, anyone knos how to reset.... i have format pc, but when reinstaled the aplication aks for user and password., need help.
