I have an NVR5XXX-16P with two identical 5442's. They appear to have the same camera settings, yet in SmartPSS they show up one full in the box, the other chopped. Can't figure out why. Any help

You could try right clicking on the image and changing Window Scale.
That did the trick...had no idea that was there...
