I am trying to finalize setup for my companies camera software, which web-portal is Provision ISR, I am currently setting the SMTP Server to send emails using SMTP, I have done this setup on 7 camera systems in other locations and I have had no problems. I am using gmail, and using app passwords. However when I reached this software I have been unable to get the test email to show as successful. I have tried ports 25, 465, and 587 on SSL and TLS, I have tried new gmail app passcodes, checked the port firewalls, and edited the DNS server to 8.8.8.8. Nothing seems to be working, I also wanted to note that it asks for a Password under "recipient" which was different to the others, I have attached a screenshot of that.
Any ideas are appreciated, I just want to get this up and running for the company, thanks.
