I have 2 SNH‑V6410PN Samsung SmartCam PT that are set up on BI for viewing but cannot find the proper setting for the Pan and Tilt, I have emailed support but have not heard back. Does anyone have the correct Pan/Tilt setting or set up for this camera?
 
I am interested in the same thing. Camera works fairly well I just can't get it to pan/tilt on BI either. I have the same model.
 
I would also like to know the settings (if they exist). I think I'll just go down the list on each ptz protocol and see if any of them works.
