Software is now requesting product key

I bought the BI ver4 from Amazon. I had installed, updated etc. I have not used it for several months and now when I went to use it, it is asking me for a key. I have the cd but have misplaced the case.
Can you help me out with a new key?

You will need to contact your Amazon seller...this forum is not affiliated with blue iris..they likely have records of your key...you can try blue iris support, if you registered with your email address they may have it
