I'm really impressed with Nelly Security. I consider myself fairly competent in any field that can provide good technical manuals. I like that you're committed to being consumer focused while trying to expand into an industry that is installer focused. Putting in a surveillance system on your own is as bad as trying to install a water softener on your own.

It worries me to put a device on my home network that is so close to my personal information and device without a commitment and track record of (software) security updates. How does your company manage that monumental task? I see that there isn't a large team of software engineers on your staff, so I assume that you're reliant on the OEM to provide bug fixes and security updates. Can you provide insight into what support timeline we can expect with the H Series, R Series, and GOSWIFT systems you offer?
