[Solved] Blue Iris update - download has stalled

I clicked to download and install the latest update and now the download has stalled. Every time I click 'Check for news and updates' a message box opens telling me there is an update currently in download.

This is what I'm seeing, has been like this for 5 or 6 hours.

Any clues?
 
Close the GUI and then start BI again, that should allow you you re-download the update but if it stalls again I’d wait a few hours as sometimes even though the update is shown it might not be in a state where it can be downloaded.
 
Thanks for your response. Yes, I've turned off the GUI a number of times but that didn't work. Anyway, I've shot an email off to support.
 
If that doesn’t work and assuming you are running BI as a service, stop and restart the service or as Fenderman has stated get the update from this site.
 
All fixed, a computer re-start (which no doubt stopped the service) did the trick. Thanks all.
