[Solved] IPC-HDW5231R-ZE, Zoom screen black with no video

The Camera>Conditions>Zoom and Focus screen is all black. Moving the slider causes the zoom function to work fine, but there is no video showing up in the web ui. I tried to revert the setting using 'Default' but that did not help (did not do factory default).

Any idea what could be the issue?

I downgraded to "V2.800.0000013.0.R, Build Date: 2019-12-02" and the video is back.

In my experience, that is usually a browser or graphic driver compatibility issue. It can usually be resolved by using a different browser or changing to H264 in settings.

I'm running V2.800.0000016.0.R and using edge browser . Go to the zoom and focus window. Go to the video tab and then back to the conditions zoom and focus tab. Video should "pop" in.
