(SOLVED!) Remote Viewing PTZ issue using URL from BI: New PTZ Camera

So I got my new PTZ camera set up. Created some new presets on the camera and they imported fine.

When i viewed on my iphone, I could see the preset pics and full use of the PTZ joystick. All of a sudden the preset pics dissappeared and I have no PTZ joystick use?

I logged in using my iPad and preset pics work fine and joystick as well. Any ideas? BI presets work fine on client. I also rebooted my phone, no change.

I think you logged in with a different user account on the phone since there is no Clips tab showing in that screenshot. Try the 3 buttons in the upper right > Log out, and log in again.

Yes, I tried multiple users on BI, all did the same thing. So bizzare. Let me clear my phone cache and see if that helps.

Solved! I use Safari on my iphone and simply bookmark the page on my home screen to gain access to my system. I deleted it and added a new bookmark back to my home screen and it came back. So weird! Clearing history and cache did nothing.
