Have a curious situation. We've got several Hikvision systems, but this mainly affects our 4k cameras.
In Live View, we have all of our cameras when you pull it up on the iVMS-4200 computer software or the phone app to show up in default substream quality. This only affects 4 or 5 cameras out of about 25 -- but when you double click the camera to blow it up into Main Stream, it will literally freeze the live view in all of its pixelated substream glory. But the second you go back into regular substream, it resumes substream quality. They're all on the same 32 channel NVR and they all share the same camera settings, but it's just this small handful of cameras that do this.
The Internet Explorer browser version works fine in Main/Sub streams, and they work fine when playing back recorded footage.
But what's curious is the cameras that are doing this, weren't doing it in the beginning. Nothing has changed, but we now have about 4 or 5 cameras that do this.
Has anybody come across this and found a resolution to the issue?
