I have BI on both my computers (desktop which used to run it) and the laptop which is now the BI server and serves no other purpose.
I can't get sound to come through the laptop for the life of me from the 2432. On my desktop I can hear the sound. On the laptop, there is no sound. all the settings are the same, but no sound. However I can use the microphone, and I hear the 2432 outputting sound. I also use PIR detection which means it's properly communicating with the camera.
Lastly, there is sound on xprotect GO from that camera on my laptop, so it seems to be a unique problem to BI for that camera...
I have sound on the other cameras (Geeya 801c and a Foscam 8910W)
Any ideas guys? Figured I ask here before I bring it Mike's attention over at BI
