Sound question for the DS-2CD2532F-IS IP camera (Fixed)

Blue Iris Version: 4.0.3.0

Just received and hooked up my new DS-2CD2532F-IS camera. I must say, the picture quality is very nice, However I have not been able to figure out how to get the little microphone to work.

Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to get this to work?

There were a batch of cameras that have sound issues...are you able to get sound in the cameras web interface?

I finally had time tonight to work with it and got it to work. I ended up deleting the camera from Blue Iris, reinstalling and rebooting the computer running BI. The camera is now sending audio via POE.

I'm also planning to buy this camera, only because it has a built in microphone. How good is the quality of sound ?

Its good, I'm going to guy a couple more of them.
