Speco N32NS6TB 4K NVR & Speco N16NSF4TB NVR with additional 6TB Seagate Skyhawk HD

I'm interested, just want to look at camera options first to see if this will work for me. I'll have about 1k to spend on cameras and need 8 bullet cams with good night vision and one to view street from about 50ft and three cameras to go over/near entrances. I'm new to this so trying to figure out what will work and if it will be cost effective for a total budget of about 1500. If you have recommendations I'll be happy to hear them.
