I have it connected to pc via Ethernet cable and it will open device viewer, however to right click in device management the window that opens is black and very small also any other windows I can open are blank and the web site for downloads can't be translated to English, so I'm guess the camera is Non functional bought off ebay as new and tried calling seller as yet no response; any suggestions??? thanks
