Sricam IP wifi cam not working when on mobile data 4G (ANDROID AP CAM application)

Hi,
I am using ANDROID AP CAM application for watching my Sricam IP camera ( I think it is Model 011 with 720p resolution, microsd card, pan tilt function... )
It works OK on wifi local network (with Android app and Windows programs, ip finder...) , but I have connection problems when I want to watch outside of my local wifi network.
I have perfect mobile 4G signal and sometimes Sricam connects ok, but in most cases it just try to connect several times and nothing...
I have installed several Android programs and problem remains on mobile connection.
Any sugestion where is the problem?

Why don't you post the solution so that others who may have the same issue in the future cn benefit from your experience. Ya think?

Ok,
I have two ip wifi cameras from different producer.
Interferences!
One is moved and is ok now.
Enjoy :-)
