I recently bought a sricam ip ptz camera and set it ip successfully. However when I try to view the camera through the android app that comes with the camera it keeps saying loading and would not load no matter how often I try somyimes I have to power down the camera and unplug it from the network for 5 mins then it will work a few time and then back to square one.
Please help with a solution

If this is the case then it's best to return it for a refund. If you search Sricam on these forums you will find no ends of problems with these.

Every time I message them they keep telling they have tested the item before shipping so pretty much I am on my own

That's not a valid reason for selling you something that doesn't work. And I doubt someone selling Sricam rubbish tests every item.

If you bought on Amazon or eBay then get a refund.
