Sticks seem to be popular items there. You should set up a stick-for-sale stand. Pick-your-stick, $5 each. Or maybe by the foot.
It was not, but you never know where people are from. The North Olympic Peninsula attracts a lot of tourists with our mountains and water. The people in the video could have been from one of the southern hot-as-hell states, so they feel cold in normal weather.
