Sometimes when I play back video the screen goes multi-coloured. Sometimes this happens as soon as I start the playback clip. Other times it happens when I'm scrolling through a clip (using the slider bar). I'm not sure whether it's a BI issue or a cam issue. The cam in question is a Hikvision DS-2CD2342WD-I.
Both BI and the cam have had software/firmware updates.
Cam is connected via PoE to a TP-Link PoE injector before running in to my custom NAS which is a Dell Optiplex. It probably started 3-4 months ago. Otherwise was working fine in the preceding 12 months. At this stage it only appears to be the 1 cam. Anyone have any ideas? TIA.
