Your best bet may be to stick an Amazon Firestick (Android) into the TV's HDMI port and install tinyCam for Android onto it.
IMO, the Samsung embedded O/S does not lend itself well to what you're wanting to accomplish.
You could stream all cams from the NVR: in tinyCam put in NVR's LAN IP for all cams but change the channel number for each cam to 1, 2, 3....etc..

Hi. Tony.
I installed tiny cam on my cell phone but have travell to add nvr or camera to the app.
I can access nvr and cameras from outside the network with public ip with no problem. I also have them configured with DMSS and work perfectlu well.
Any sugestions?

Just became aware of the Onn 4k android device at walmart for about $20.

Not tied to Amazon like the Fire Stick, haven't explored how well it would work with tinyCam, or ease of use, but certainly cheaper than Fire Stick... there are some YouTube videos on how to hack it if desired...
