Stutter export in BI

I just tried exporting a short clip from BI (latest 5.5.7.8 x64). Both live and snapshot playback are fairly smooth (10fps) on the server (headless) with low CPU (<35%), However, if i try to play the mp4 file locally or on another laptop, it stutters quite a bit. see attached file.

When you export, a you un-checking the box for "re-encode video" ?

no. I think the help file implied that i check that. is that wrong?

Not sure what is up with my interpretation, but de-selecting re-encode fixed it right up, and seems to export more quickly as a bonus. thanks.

I agree!
But regardless of whether or not one's "truth" is factual, the intentional withholding of that truth would still be like lying.....and that would be wrong !
