Sub stream resolution Reolink RLC 511

I am using sub-streams in BI. I have a dozen cameras of various brands including four RLC 511. All of the various brands have sub-streams in 16:9 aspect ratio while the Reolink's appear in 4:3 aspect ratio. Is there a setting to change the Reolink's sub-stream aspect ratio?

Additional information: anamorphic sizing is set by default and can't be changed in the BI camera settings for the 511s.
