Suggestion about designing a new 500+ IP CAM Scheme

Hi Folks,

I am designing a surveillance system in our client's shopping centre and i need your kind suggestion about our scheme and planning. It is a budget conscious project so any alternatives and inputs are highly appreciated.

So the scheme,

1. 512 IP Cam Setting Indoor & Outdoor (2MP for Indoor, 3 MP for Outdoor)
2. one Single site deployment
3. Area is about 110,000 Meter square
4. Control Room with video wall
5. Recording will be kept for 30 days, MJPEG, 10 FPS, Low quality

I am not 100 sure that the scheme we designed will work 100% since we combine two 48 port switches into one LAN port in the NVR DS-96256NI-F24/H and I am using CVR for the extra storage.
