hi dears

i have buyed 507-20xb from aliexpress now mine problem is i have all ports setted to 8000 also mediaport onvif and management port!
now i can't login into camera !
how can i reset camera to factory default !
pls help.

I own one of these cameras. As far as I know, you must login and reset the cameras from the web page. I would contact Sunba and see if they might be able to remote into your camera and reset it for you.

As a long shot - it may be worth trying if that could be done over the ONVIF dialogues using the very good Windows open-source tool 'ONVIF Device Manager' from sourceforge.net
Assuming you still know the login ID and password to give to ONVIF Device Manager.
ODM / ONVIF has a 'reset to defaults' option.
But with all the ports set the same, confusion may reign!

hi
afteri have all ports setted to port 8000 can not login on anyway to camera .
also media port:8000 http port:8000 and onvif port:8000.

ONVIF Device Manager software does see my Sunba camera. Under the "Maintenance" settings, I am able to select "Soft reset", "Hard reset", and "Reboot". This could possibly work for the op. Thanks!

i am now back from hospital .
is their no any option for reset
have sunba contacted but can not help
i dont now what the ip adres is from the camera ?
