has anybody tried reaching support@blueirissoftware.com over the last few days? I haven't heard back about 2 questions since Tuesday. And do they have any SLA's associated with platinum support?

Blue Iris is one person. There has been bugs that need to be fixed.
Most questions are posted here and get answered here, but this is NOT an official blue iris site.

I have two different priorty support licenses for two installations and I don't get any responses either. I am not sure why they call it priorty support... seems "paid non support" would be a better description.
