For a few months I went toe to toe with Swann's customer service and their specialist only to find that they were all BS! They no longer service or update anything for this NVR. The only way we would have ever known was how it failed to install on my new Samsung G22. Then we tried it on my new iPad and it wouldn't load. Finely Swann admitted that it no longer supported this NVR and that we would have to purchase a whole new unit. I'm not sure where to go from here other then to purchase a new system. Swann has removed all traces of the necessary software for this model. Is there a simple solution other then scrapping this unit and purchasing a new one?
