I was able to connect dvr to my old tplink 300mbps range extender port but only works on local wifi with swann app using UID (barcode). Will not work on 4g or outside my local network. Running wire from upstairs from moddem to dvr is very much impossible. I'm very beginner for setting up forwarding ports and dont know where to start from. Plz help, Thnx.
